If you have excellent customer service skills; demonstrated abilities in the areas of desktop and systems support; and the drive to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, Mack would like to speak to you about joining our IT team as a support technician based in the Company’s Statesville, N.C., facility.

The IT department is essential to ensuring our employees computing and business systems are ready to go as they strive to fulfill Mack’s mission of Total Customer Satisfaction. In particular, this role will be responsible for administration and internal support of all company owned computer workstations, printers, servers, and related equipment and software in an enterprise manufacturing environment. This includes in person or remote troubleshooting using diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions to determine the best solution; administration of employee Active Directory accounts, permissions, group memberships and credentials; administration of a hybrid on premises and Microsoft Office 365 environment, including Microsoft Office Suite, email, Skype for Business, and SharePoint Online applications; and performing administrative tasks associated with on premises VoIP telephone system.
The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator and tech savvy self-starter who can utilize their working knowledge of office hardware, software and network printers to work autonomously. Additionally, a high school diploma is required, and candidates with an associate’s degree in information technology, or similar field, will be show preference. Familiarity with CompTIA A+, Network+ or similar industry certifications is a plus.
