As the manufacturing arm for our customers we provide services from design through to order fulfillment, and in the process built a worldwide reputation in reliable plastic injection molding and contract manufacturing in a number of diverse markets, including medical, industrial, transportation, energy/environment, computer and business, and consumer products. Everything we do is custom manufactured to our customers’ product specification.
This is a real leadership position. As an Account Manager you assume full account management ownership for existing and new customers, including planning, product realization, team leadership, transition into production and budget management, as well as relationship, sales growth and cost management. You will be managing several key projects, focusing a multi-disciplinary team of partners and colleagues from across the organization on launching new products, improving performance and ultimately achieving Mack’s mission of Total Customer Satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be able to see the forest through the trees, multi-task, prioritize resources and work closely with team members to ensure project goals are being met while mitigating project issues that could impact the end goal.
Strong analytical, problem solving, project management, customer service, oral and written communication skills, along with a focus on quality, will be key to your success as well as a willingness to travel as needed. A bachelor’s degree in plastics engineering preferred plus two years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. To perform this job successfully, an individual should have familiarity with various business software, including word processing, spreadsheet, design, order processing and project management programs.
