Mack Molding’s Southern Division is currently seeking a program manager for its Statesville, N.C., location.

Program managers have full account management of both existing and new customers. Responsibilities will include: planning, product realization, team leadership, transition into production, budget management, relationship development and maintenance, sales growth, and cost management. This role manages key projects alongside a team of partners and colleagues from across the organization to improve business performance and achieve Mack’s mission of Total Customer Satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have a strong program management background, be able to multi-task and prioritize and work closely with team members. This candidate must have a proven track record of achieving project goals while mitigating barriers and troubleshooting. Strong analytics, problem-solving and a focus on quality will be key to your success in this role. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in engineering, or equivalent business degree with technical aptitude, and a minimum of two years program management experience. The program manager role will include up to 35% travel.
