Mack Molding has an opening for an HR generalist at its Arlington, Vt., headquarters. As its most important resource Mack takes pride in its employees, and the HR generalist helps manage the Company’s wealth of talent by acting as a liaison between employees and management to answer questions regarding company policies, procedures and practices.
In addition to being responsible for assisting with the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures, the generalist helps facilitate benefit administration and enrollment in company plans. This role also helps develop departmental goals, objectives and systems; conducts on-boarding activities; and processes verifies, and maintains documentation relating to staffing, training and performance evaluations. Other responsibilities include assisting in the recruitment of hourly and temporary personnel; reviewing and assisting with Mack’s time and attendance system for weekly payroll; and maintaining HR records, as well as compliance with federal and state employment regulations.
If you an experienced HR professional – problem solver with strong interpersonal skills – Mack would like to talk to you about this opportunity. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in human resources plus three to seven years of related experience and/or training. Successful candidates also will have demonstrated knowledge of business management software systems such as Agile, Microsoft Access and HRIS systems along with knowledge of various word processing and spreadsheet software.
