As the manufacturing arm of its customers, Mack’s finishing leaders play a key role in cultivating the Company’s reputation by coordinating employee activities and material movement to meet production schedules and ensure Mack’s mission of Total Customer Satisfaction has been met. Additional responsibilities include ensuring information flows between departments and shifts, assisting in maintaining inventories and ensuring quality standards are met.
The ideal candidate will have a one-year certificate from a college or technical school. An equivalent combination of education and work experience may also be considered. Previous experience, and demonstrated proficiency, with assembly or similar manufacturing work, also will be required. This includes working knowledge of hand tools and machinery.
