The answer is our maintenance technicians, and the Company’s Inman, S.C., facility is looking for a talented tinkerer to service machines during the 12-hour third shift.
Key responsibilities include reading and interpreting blueprints for equipment used throughout the plant, as well as repairing, rebuilding and overhauling the equipment. The maintenance technician should be a team player who can interface with different levels of the organization, including production supervisors and engineers, to solve problems. This role also is responsible for understanding, repairing and servicing the facilities’ robotics, and general manage and supervise major maintenance activities. Additionally, he/she will also communicate with vendors and contractors regarding needs and quotes. Through these key activities maintenance technicians help ensure production goals are met and the integrity of manufacturing production – ultimately helping Mack achieve its mission of Total Customer Satisfaction.
