Serving as the manufacturing arm of our customers is an awesome responsibility, and our medical device assemblers play a key role in delivering on our mission of Total Customer Satisfaction. This role is responsible for assembly and labeling if Class III medical devices, including running solder and testing stations. The medical device assembler also performs scheduled cleaning of electrostatic discharge (ESD) mats and ionizers, verifies and calibrates tools and optimizes processes to achieve high product quality, production efficiency and process repeatability.
The ideal candidate will have previous finishing experience, particularly in medical device assembly, along with a one-year certification from a college or technical school. An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered. Additionally, successful candidate will be familiar with basic computer skills such as word processing and spreadsheet software, as well as the ability to see, read, and analyze complex and lengthy work instructions.
