Mack’s Inman, S.C., facility is looking for a process technician to perform and oversee initial start-ups of molding jobs and lead troubleshooting activities.
As the manufacturing arm for our customers, Mack has built a worldwide reputation as a reliable provider of plastic injection molding services and contract manufacturer in a number of diverse markets, including medical, industrial, transportation, energy/environment, computer and business, and consumer products. Process techs play a crucial role in maintaining that reputation as they deliver on Mack’s goal of Total Customer Satisfaction. Process technicians are responsible for helping maintain production, quality and safety goals by establishing and optimizing molding processes that drive high product quality, production efficiency and process repeatability.
The ideal candidate will have five years of experience, a high school diploma or GED. Successful candidates will also have a familiarity with injection molding, metal fabrication and/or electronic components. To perform this job successfully, candidates should have knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, inventory, internet and project management software.
