The answer is our injection molding technicians, and the Company’s Inman facility is looking for experienced injection molding technicians to service machines on its 12-hour night shift.
Key responsibilities include the initial start-up and processing of all molding machines, robots and auxiliary equipment, debugging and taking corrective action on molds and processes as necessary. The injection molding technician also participates in the set-up and sampling of new, transferred and modified molds.
The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, GED or equivalent combination of education and experience, including five or more years as an injection molding technician. A successful candidate also will demonstrate thorough knowledge of commodity and engineering grade resins, as well as their properties. The injection molding technician should be a team players who can interface with different levels of the organization, including engineering, plant personnel, customers and vendors in all areas of technical processing. Through these key activities injection molding technicians help ensure production goals are met and the integrity of manufacturing production – ultimately helping Mack achieve its mission of Total Customer Satisfaction.
