As a program coordinator, you will work with a multi-disciplinary team from across the organization on launching new products, improving performance and ultimately achieving Mack’s TCS goals. You will implement directs from program management, maintain program schedules, maintain records and facilitated document control tasks, and interface with customers.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of an associate’s degree in an engineering field; plus six months to one year of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Communication is the key to success in the role, and the chosen candidate will be able to write reports, maintain correspondence with customers and speak effectively before groups of customers or employees. Additionally knowledge of software tools, including word processing, spreadsheet, manufacturing and order processing systems will be required.
