Currently Mack has an opening for a Regulatory Compliance Administrator on its Procurement team.
Mack’s compliance administrator is a key interface between the Company and its customers and vendors, interviewing and recording their feedback so that they may receive quick and accurate regulatory compliance status on Mack’s products. This includes maintaining project status and providing general clerical support to the purchasing team related to product compliance. A compliance administrator is also responsible for maintaining critical regulatory information, including compliance declarations and staying up to date on rapidly evolving global regulatory requirements.
The ideal candidate will have an associate’s degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; plus six months to one year of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Communication is the key to success in the role, and the chosen candidate will be able to write reports, maintain correspondence with customers and vendors. Additionally knowledge of software tools, including word processing, spreadsheet, manufacturing and document control systems will be required.
