ARLINGTON, Vt. (Oct. 20, 2026) – Mack Molding, a leading custom plastics molder and supplier of contract manufacturing services, has Vermont manufacturing jobs and will host a career fair from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m., Thursday, Oct. 29, at its 608 Warm Brook Road, Arlington, Vt., headquarters.
Mack is hiring for manufacturing positions in molding, machining, sheet metal and assembly, with opportunities for candidates of all experience levels. The company’s hiring team will conduct interviews and make job offers on site. Walk-ins are welcome, and no appointment is necessary.

New team members hired for hourly positions can earn a $1,500 sign-on bonus, paid in three $500 installments at 30 days, 90 days and six months. To qualify, candidates must apply for and begin employment in an hourly position between Oct. 8 and Nov. 30, 2026.
