MACK MOLDING
Mack Molding is a leading supplier of molded plastic parts, fabricated metal parts, and high-level assemblies serving industries including medical, industrial, transportation, robotics and energy & utilities. Its core capabilities include custom injection molding, sheet metal fabrication, full-service machining, total product assembly, testing, and distribution. MACK TECHNOLOGIES
Mack Technologies provides high-reliability electronic contract manufacturing services, specializing in printed circuit board assembly (PCBA), system integration, and full product configuration. The division serves industries such as aerospace, defense, medical devices, and industrial equipment. Its core capabilities include circuit board assembly, system integration and configuration, testing and validation services, design support and fulfillment solutions. Mack Technologies operates three key facilities: Westford, Massachusetts, specializing in high-reliability electronics for aerospace, defense, and medical applications; Melbourne, Florida, a major hub for advanced PCB assembly and system integration supporting aerospace and defense; and Juarez, Mexico, offering cost-effective electronics manufacturing solutions for North American customers.
MACK PROTOTYPE
Mack Prototype specializes in rapid prototyping, low-volume manufacturing, and tooling solutions, helping customers accelerate product development and bring innovative designs to market efficiently. Its core capabilities include plastic injection molding, cast urethane molding, CNC machining, 3D printing, New Product Introduction (NPI), contract manufacturing, and painting and finishing services. Headquartered in Gardner, Mass., less than an hour west of Boston, Mack Prototype operates in a 75,000-square-foot facility equipped to deliver speed, precision, and flexibility. With a dedicated team of project managers, engineers, technicians, operators, and assemblers, the company works hand in hand with customers to develop rapid manufacturing solutions tailored to their budget, timeline, quantity, and quality requirements.
SYNECTIC ENGINEERING
Synectic is a full-service product design and development company specializing in design engineering, intellectual property creation, pre-clinical testing, and manufacturing, including new product introduction (NPI) services, with a primary focus on medical devices, consumer products, and industrial applications. Located in Woodbridge, Conn., Synectic offers expertise in mechanical and biomedical engineering, industrial design, electrical engineering, regulatory guidance, and supply chain solutions. Its core capabilities include medical device design, rapid prototyping, pre-clinical testing, new product introduction, and contract manufacturing, ensuring products are developed with clinical relevance, manufacturability, ergonomics, and cost efficiency in mind. By integrating “Voice of Customer” research with cutting-edge engineering, Synectic helps bring high-quality, innovative products from concept to market efficiently.
MISSION
Mack’s mission is Total Customer Satisfaction. Though simple in wording, this principle drives every major decision the company makes. For example, entering the rapid prototyping and tooling markets was a direct response to customer feedback and the need to accelerate time-to-market. Likewise, expanding the headquarters facility to increase contract manufacturing capacity was driven by growing market demand.
But beyond responding to customers’ needs to further grow the business, Mack also formally measures customer satisfaction on a quarterly basis around four criteria:
- Return rate
- Number of on-time deliveries
- How the customer ranks Mack as a supplier in relation to its competitors
- General feedback from customers
Results are posted in all plants and compensation is directly linked to customer satisfaction and profitability.
