We’ve hosted two job fairs at our Arlington headquarters over the past few weeks and participated in another in Hoosick. One thing we’ve heard? Plenty of people are interested in opportunities at Mack, but getting away from our obligations during the week isn’t always easy. So we’re bringing the job fair to the weekend.

Stop By Our Saturday Job Fair and Leave With an Offer
No appointment necessary. Grab a coffee, bring your resume and meet the people who do the work. Our team will be conducting interviews and making job offers on site, so a quick Saturday stop could be the start of something big.

$1,500 Sign-On Bonus
New team members hired for hourly positions can earn a $1,500 sign-on bonus, paid in three $500 installments at 30 days, 90 days and six months. The bonus is available to new employees who apply for and start hourly positions between Oct. 8 and Nov. 30, 2026.
