ARLINGTON, Vt. (Feb. 9, 2016) – Mack Molding, a leading custom plastics molder and supplier of contract manufacturing services, has announced the addition of several new employees across the organization.
Mack saw solid revenue growth in 2015 to more than $310 million, and today the Company employs 1,800 people worldwide. The staffing additions increase Mack’s expertise and position the organization to better serve the needs of its customers.

Natasha Aggarwal has joined the Company as a program manager at Mack Headquarters in Arlington, Vt., bringing expertise in biomedical and material sciences to the position. Prior to Mack, she gained experience in product development, process development and quality engineering at companies like Memry Corporation and Nitinol Devices and Components. She has a bachelor of science in biomedical engineering, as well as materials science engineering – both from the University of California, Irvine.
The Mack South team has hired Jared Barilovits as a manufacturing engineer at the Company’s Inman, S.C., facility. A recent mechanical engineering graduate from The University of South Carolina, Barilovits previously interned for the Koyo Corporation of USA where he gained experience working with 3D CAD models and machine tool drawings, including designing a grinding wheel changeover press table to address safety concerns.
Dennis Becker has joined Mack as a manufacturing engineer at the Company’s Headquarters in Arlington, Vt. Becker – who most recently worked at Philips Medical Systems, MRI, where he was responsible for electronic and mechanical test equipment design, development and documentation, test methods and procedures, data acquisition systems and relational database activities – previously spent nine years with Mack as a manufacturing engineer. He brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in engineering, test, manufacturing and continuous improvement. Becker has a Six Sigma Greenbelt and is trained in Lean Process Design and Kaizen Continuous Improvement. He has a bachelor of science in electrical engineering from Manhattan College in Riverdale, N.Y., and a master of science in administration from Saint Michael’s College in Winooski, Vt.
Brittanie Bradley has accepted the position of program coordinator at Mack’s Headquarters in Arlington, Vt. A recent graduate of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, where she received a bachelor of architecture (Professional), Bradley previously interned with Mack. During her tenure as an intern, she worked on ISO 14001 research and implementation, electronic record retention of device history records from orthopedic parts and instrumentation and technical writing for marketing use.

Joshua Grossett has accepted the position of tooling engineer with Mack’s Southern Division at the Company’s Inman, S.C., facility. A recent mechanical engineering graduate from Clemson University, Grossett previously served as a production engineering intern with TD Automotive Compressor Georgia where he was responsible for making modifications to the die cast, machining and assembly lines to increase production volume, reduce cycle times, accommodate new part types and promote safety.
Rachel Ivey has joined Mack as a program coordinator at the Company’s Headquarters in Arlington, Vt. Prior to Mack, lvey most recently served as assistant project manager with Muratec Machinery USA at GlobalFoundries’ Malta, N.Y., facility. She also gained experience in audit reconciliation with GE Research and Development, as well as document control and tool installation with AM Technical Solutions at GlobalFoundries. Ivey has a bachelor of applied arts and science from Stephen F. Austin State University in Nacogdoches, Texas.
