ARLINGTON, Vt. (Feb. 9, 2016) – Mack Molding, a leading custom plastics molder and supplier of contract manufacturing services, has announced the addition of several new employees across the organization.

Mack saw solid revenue growth in 2015 to more than $310 million, and today the Company employs 1,800 people worldwide. The staffing additions increase Mack’s expertise and position the organization to better serve the needs of its customers.

We are very excited about the latest additions to our team and believe they illustrate the strength of Mack’s reputation as an industry leader.”

Natasha Aggarwal has joined the Company as a program manager at Mack Headquarters in Arlington, Vt., bringing expertise in biomedical and material sciences to the position. Prior to Mack, she gained experience in product development, process development and quality engineering at companies like Memry Corporation and Nitinol Devices and Components. She has a bachelor of science in biomedical engineering, as well as materials science engineering – both from the University of California, Irvine.

The Mack South team has hired Jared Barilovits as a manufacturing engineer at the Company’s Inman, S.C., facility. A recent mechanical engineering graduate from The University of South Carolina, Barilovits previously interned for the Koyo Corporation of USA where he gained experience working with 3D CAD models and machine tool drawings, including designing a grinding wheel changeover press table to address safety concerns.

Dennis Becker has joined Mack as a manufacturing engineer at the Company’s Headquarters in Arlington, Vt. Becker – who most recently worked at Philips Medical Systems, MRI, where he was responsible for electronic and mechanical test equipment design, development and documentation, test methods and procedures, data acquisition systems and relational database activities – previously spent nine years with Mack as a manufacturing engineer. He brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in engineering, test, manufacturing and continuous improvement. Becker has a Six Sigma Greenbelt and is trained in Lean Process Design and Kaizen Continuous Improvement. He has a bachelor of science in electrical engineering from Manhattan College in Riverdale, N.Y., and a master of science in administration from Saint Michael’s College in Winooski, Vt.

Brittanie Bradley has accepted the position of program coordinator at Mack’s Headquarters in Arlington, Vt. A recent graduate of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, where she received a bachelor of architecture (Professional), Bradley previously interned with Mack. During her tenure as an intern, she worked on ISO 14001 research and implementation, electronic record retention of device history records from orthopedic parts and instrumentation and technical writing for marketing use.

Brian Earley has joined Mack’s Southern Division as a business development manager based in New Smyrna Beach, Fla. Early, who previously served as a program manager and a manufacturing engineer at the Mack Headquarters in Arlington, Vt., brings an intimate understanding of the Company’s customers and operations to the role. He has a bachelor of science in human resource management from The New School.

Joshua Grossett has accepted the position of tooling engineer with Mack’s Southern Division at the Company’s Inman, S.C., facility. A recent mechanical engineering graduate from Clemson University, Grossett previously served as a production engineering intern with TD Automotive Compressor Georgia where he was responsible for making modifications to the die cast, machining and assembly lines to increase production volume, reduce cycle times, accommodate new part types and promote safety.

Rachel Ivey has joined Mack as a program coordinator at the Company’s Headquarters in Arlington, Vt. Prior to Mack, lvey most recently served as assistant project manager with Muratec Machinery USA at GlobalFoundries’ Malta, N.Y., facility. She also gained experience in audit reconciliation with GE Research and Development, as well as document control and tool installation with AM Technical Solutions at GlobalFoundries. Ivey has a bachelor of applied arts and science from Stephen F. Austin State University in Nacogdoches, Texas.

Joseph Paul has joined Synectic Medical Product Development, a Mack Molding company based in Milford, Conn., focused on engineering design and development, as a senior design engineer. Paul brings nearly 40 years of design experience in product development from conceptualization through production, including 3D design, concept exploration, bread boarding and design for manufacturing (DFM).  He has been involved in development of assembly tooling, fixturing and process flow, and has experience in a broad scope of industries, including medical devices, electro mechanical devices, power tools, hand tools and a wide variety of consumer products.

Mack’s Southern Division recently appointed Aaron Prevette to the position of quality engineer at the Company’s Statesville, N.C., facility. Prior to Mack, Prevette served as a quality engineer at ASMO, an automotive industry supplier, where he was responsible for providing root cause/counter measurement investigation, as well as improvements for process and quality system matters. During his career, Prevette has built a strong track record of focusing on customer quality and internal quality improvement. He has a bachelor of science in engineering technology from Western Carolina University.

Alysha Marie Roberts has accepted the role of receptionist at the Company’s Headquarters in Arlington, Vt. Roberts, who received a bachelor’s degree in business technology and management experience from Vermont Technical College in Randolph, Vt., has a strong background as a receptionist and in event planning. Prior to Mack, Alysha most recently served as assistant director of weddings and private events at Hildene in Manchester, Vt.

Mack’s Southern Division has appointed Matthew Sayler as an account manager at the Company’s Statesville, N.C., facility. Sayler – who has done product development for OEMs such as Trojan, Trane and Husqvarna – has strong a skill set with Autodesk Moldflow, Solidview and Auto Cad along with nearly 10 years of custom injection molding, program management, manufacturing engineering and product development experience. He has a bachelor of science in chemical engineering with an emphasis in material science from Michigan Technological University.

Jim Varney recently joined the Company as a quality engineer at Mack’s Headquarters in Arlington, Vt., bringing more than 20 years of experience in medical devices, manufacturing, quality and project management with companies like Smiths Medical, Boston Scientific and CR Bard. Prior to Mack, Varney most recently worked for Meatrics Compliance and Quality Consultants as senior compliance specialist and complaint investigation engineer for DePuy Synthes, a Johnson & Johnson company. He has a bachelor of science in industrial technology from Keene State College in Keene, N.H.
