- Where: Mack Molding Headquarters, 608 Warm Brook Road, Arlington, VT 05250
We’re hiring for manufacturing roles in molding, machining, sheet metal and assembly. Whether you’re an experienced pro or just starting out, there’s a place for you on our team. Either way, we’ll help you build the skills to grow.
This isn’t a drop-off-your-resume-and-wait kind of event. In fact, our team will be conducting interviews and making offers on site, so you could walk in as a candidate and leave with a new job.
$1,500 Sign-On Bonus
In addition, new team members we hire for hourly positions can earn a $1,500 sign-on bonus, which we pay in three $500 installments, at 30 days, 90 days and six months.
The bonus applies to anyone who applies for and starts an hourly position between Oct. 8 and Oct. 30, 2026.
