Currently Mack has an openings for sales service representatives in its commercial and medical devices business units, where the rubber meets the road when it comes to TCS.
Mack sales service representatives are a key interface between the Company and its customers, interviewing and recording their feedback so that they may receive the highest levels of customer service, especially in terms of quality, scheduling and manufacturing engineering issues. This includes maintaining orders and providing general clerical support to the sales and engineering organization. Sales service representatives also are responsible for maintaining critical information, including blueprints and engineering change orders.
The ideal candidate will have an associate’s degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; plus six months to one year of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Communication is the key to success in the role, and the chosen candidate will be able to write reports, maintain correspondence with customers and speak effectively before groups of customers or employees. Additionally knowledge of software tools, including word processing, spreadsheet, manufacturing and order processing systems will be required.
