Henry “Rusty” Campbell Jr. has accepted the position of paint line manager at Mack’s Inman, S.C., facility. Before joining Mack, he was production and paint manager for Datran US, Piedmont, S.C., a Canadian-based company that provides surface finishing for OEMs and contract manufacturers within the automotive, recreational vehicle, and sport equipment industries. Campbell trained and supervised all assembly, racking, labeling and quality technicians. Earlier, he was lead technician at Caterpillar, Fountain Inn, S.C., for nine years. A graduate of Piedmont Technical College, Greenwood, S.C., Campbell earned an associate’s degree in business with an emphasis in management. Additionally, he has earned a Six Sigma Green Belt, and has completed training in CPS Yellow Belt, as well as other manufacturing-related coursework. Campbell resides in Easley, S.C., with his wife, Miranda, and two-year-old daughter, Addison.
Robert Hesse has joined Mack as a manufacturing engineer. Most recently, he was account manager for Kalow Technologies, a contract manufacturing and engineering firm in North Clarendon, Vt. He is a graduate of Vermont Technical College (Randolph Center), where he earned a bachelor’s degree in electromechanical engineering technology, as well as two associate degrees in computer engineering and mechanical engineering technology. Additionally, he has completed several design and manufacturing training programs. Hesse resides in Rutland, Vt., with his wife, Reneé.
Jan Nolan, already a Mack employee, has transferred into purchasing as a procurement specialist. For the past five years, Nolan has worked in the finance department in accounts receivable credit and collections. Before joining Mack, she had invested 20 years in the airline industry, culminating her tenure as customer service supervisor for Northwest Airlines, where she directed a team of 25 employees. Nolan was also a licensed real estate agent in the state of Florida. A University of Michigan (Ann Arbor) graduate, she holds a bachelor’s degree in organizational communication. Nolan resides in Manchester, Vt., with her four children: Jennifer, Jessica, Julie and Jon.
Replacing Nolan as accounts receivable specialist is Janne Pedemonti, who reports to the director of finance. A small business entrepreneur, Pedemonti has launched four small businesses, one as sole proprietor and three as partner. Currently, she continues to serve as partner in Podium Snowboard and Skate Shop, Manchester Center, Vt., which she co-owns with her husband, Nick. A graduate of Michigan State University (East Lansing), Pedemonti holds a bachelor’s in horticulture with a minor in business administration. She resides in Arlington, Vt., with her husband and nine-year-old daughter, Sofie.
Reid Webster has just joined Mack’s purchasing department as a supplier quality technician, where he will be responsible for supplier nonconformance, supplier hold and incoming inspection databases. A recent graduate of the University of Vermont (Burlington), Webster holds a bachelor of science degree in mechanical engineering and a minor in mathematics. He has also worked as a manufacturing intern for Hypertherm, Hanover, N.H., a company that designs and manufactures advanced metal cutting systems for use in shipbuilding, manufacturing, auto repair and a variety of other industries. An avid sportsman, Webster spent time as a volunteer high school football coach, and also enjoys lacrosse, golf, racquetball and a variety of other outdoor activities. He resides in Manchester, Vt.
